Coming from a homeowner who has dealt with poor quality companies, please see prior reviews, this company was absolutely incredible. They returned my phone call very quickly. They made contact and assessed my issues over the phone correctly. I had somebody out here the very next day and he was able to repair my oven. We had resigned ourselves to most likely having to replace the oven and the cabinetry due to the age of the oven. Thanks to this company's professionalism and knowledge they were able to save me thousands of dollars. I received their referral through a page on Facebook called Maiden community. I would highly recommend this community and this company.Update. Two years later, the company is still around. Had another issue. They came out the next day. Figured out exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it immediately. The price was very fair. And it's great to know that this company will be around in the future when I have problems. Definitely a company I would recommend

I called Raptor after my samsung refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. On 12.17.25, technician Constantine came and took care of the problem. He was professional in his approach and very easy to communicate with. Price was also reasonable. This was my first experience with Raptor but will not be my last. I highly recommend them.

I rented out my house in Encino on Airbnb, and when the Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped working, I called Raptor Appliance Repair. Edward was amazing — he came out right away, within a couple of hours, and fixed everything on the spot. My tenants were happy, and so was I. Great service! They were able to come and look at my dryer within a few hours of my call, and had a tech here to fix it promptly. My dishwasher has been broken for a while due to busy life. Haven’t had time to address it this morning. I called. A Thank you to Raptor Appliance Repair for repairing my refrigerator, which died suddenly. Paul the technician is smart, careful, and diligent and knows what he is doing. I am grateful to again have cold and frozen food and a refrigerator that is now operating better today than it has in the last several years because of the special attention and time he took to do it right and bring the unit back to its original performance levels. Amazing Viking Repairman!!! This is the third time I've used them. These guys really know and understand Viking appliances. Alex was extremely professional and just an all-around great guy. He had previously fixed my Viking refrigerator and this time around he was able to save my Viking dishwasher with a super affordable drain pump. I was afraid I would have to spend thousands on a new Viking dishwasher. But for a few hundred dollars he came to the house took the part out ordered me a new one came back and installed it a few days later. I have used other Viking repairmen in the past. They're not many of them, so they were super expensive and a little bit arrogant. I am so grateful for Raptor appliance repair. I cannot say enough good things about them and highly, highly recommend them.

Told the technician that gas pressure is low. After checking everything he asked me to contact the gas company and got $85. Then in the evening my friend checked the earthquake shut-off valve and then fixed it. Not sure why technician did suspect and check that during his visit.

The digital relay board in my electric oven needed to be repaired or replaced with a new one. I made quite a few calls to other companies before I spoke with Edward at Raptor Appliance. He told me that he could repair the electronics in the board rather than buy a new one which was very expensive. Just the way he spoke to me I knew right then and there he was the right choice. His knowledge and experience came through in our conversation. Edward came by on a Friday, took out the relay board and said he would have the work completed and fixed by Monday. I was amazed that he would complete the repair over the weekend. He was back on Monday with the fixed relay board. He spent time making sure that it was working to perfection.His dedication to making a customer happy is above and beyond. Saved me several times now! I've used Raptor a few times now for my clothes dryer, washer, and refrigerator.May 2024: Fixed it again! My washer would fill up with water when not in use. They sent a new technician out to fix it. And done! The technician and people at the office are very polite and professional. Will continue to call them as my go to appliance repair company!Jan 2024: My washer pump decided to fail this time. This time Alex came out and replaced it. Every technician they have sent has been very polite and professional. I appreciate them greatly!Previous Review: After the recent power outage my refrigerator didn't start cooling (it got to 60°). Edward came to my house to fix my Thermador oven range and he quickly diagnosed the issue and discussed the required control panel needed and the cost was able to get it the next day resolve the issue. Our dishwasher had stopped working due to a power surge in our area. We called Raptor and they came the next morning. The repair person was knowledgeable and determined that the control panel needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, our model was no longer being made. After he tried for a couple of days to find the part he succeeded and came to install it. But, it still didn't work because more of the machine than we realized had been fried in the power surge. He said that even if he could find what was needed, the repair bill would be roughly the same as buying a new dishwasher. I appreciated his honesty. Also, he never charged us more than the basic service call and said that if we wanted him to install the new one, he would apply what we paid toward the installation charge. Bottom line: these people are professionals with integrity.

Highly HIGHLY recommend them. Had a washer/dryer unit in need of repair. I called them based on the reviews and they were able to come out the next day. They ordered the part and fixed it to perfection. They even had to come back because my air duct was clogged and even though they couldn't provide that service, the tech showed up the same day I called them and helped me as much as he could. It seemed like he went out of his way to stop in the day I called on his way home to make sure it was working properly. They were also professional, on-time and extremely friendly.

I searched Google for LG dryer repair and called a few companies, Raptor was one of them. At first I was uncertain because they were listed as Superior Santa Monica Appliance Repair without any customer reviews. However, they sent me a link to their Raptor Appliance Repair website which had many 5 star reviews and they were very responsive to my dryer issue via texting and my photos. They had a repairman, Paul, here the same day and fixed the dryer. Paul was very fast and efficient. He immediately disassembled the stack dryer in a tight space and worked through several diagnostic trials until he discovered the problem and fixed it. I was impressed how he worked and would use him again for any other appliance repairs.

I was very satisfied with Raptor Appliance...Prompt service, very professional, describing upfront the time, the possible cost and options. They worked on LG Dryer and a few other appliances that I had few other companies bidding for. Got the best price quote from them, ( later realizing that other companies tried to overcharge me) Work was done on time as promised, and dryer was working like new. Some work on refrigerator was a lifesaver.... avoiding to buy a new compressor, as other companies recommended. When I came back home, everything was clean and tidy. I called several refrigerator service providers when my compressor stopped working and I urgently needed help. Edward at Raptor was the only person who advised and helped me to get a new part for free through my warranty (I didn’t even know I had one since it’s a used fridge). Eduard was polite, on time and fast. He identified the problem with my all-in-one washer immediately and had the pump I needed on the truck with him. He did have to come back about 2 hours later to fix a leak, but that was because I had tried to repair the machine myself first not related to replacing the pump. As soon as I called about the issue, he was back very quickly and fixed the issue. I also looked up pricing and it seemed reasonable.
